@ Yeah, I’ve been off sick for a couple of days. I’m feeling much better this morning. I am sure I didn’t break anything. I’ll go back to work on Monday

@robertbreen Been there, done that. It’s never easy. I hope you can find plenty of comfort in your memories.

@ianbmay.com Yes. Didn’t look much but they were quite filling!

@manton Thanks. I checked it out, and joined up, mapping a spare domain I own to it.

@manton I looked in the App Store, and there are several apps called ‘Moments’.

@pelmasri I don’t see myself getting a folding phone. I just don’t use one for work. I much prefer a device with a proper keyboard.

@manton I generally find Threads quite pleasant to use, and I log in using my Instagram login. I seldom post much in Instagram these days though.

@manton Does that mean that the iOS apps are safer to use than Android ones, due to Apple’s extra vetting?

@stevewfolds My Grandmother used to make something called pork brawn. Basically, a boiled pigs head, with pigs trotters added for the gelatine. One ended up with what was effectively a meat jelly. She added her secret recipe of herbs and spices. It was delicious.

@bencurthoys I have to admit that I have been one of the people who couldn’t see the point of wasps. OK, everything in nature has a point or purpose, but it’s sometimes difficult to see from the human perspective.

@ThatBlairGuy We don’t have an InstaPot. We do have the aforementioned rice cooker, an electric steamer, a pressure cooker, and a slow cooker, though!

@stevewfolds I quit tobacco many years ago now, and I’m so glad I did, both for my personal health and the health of my wallet! Weed is illegal here, but can be obtained, of course, but I work at a job where anyone can be randomly tested for drugs and alcohol, so I can’t have weed.
