Last dead early morning for a while. Off Tuesday and Wednesday. Grooming appointment tomorrow. Branch elections on Wednesday.

The sun is trying to come out. The forecast high is 71°F today.

Another work day finished. I was a good boy and didn’t go to the pub on the way home. I have some bottles of London Pride indoors in any case!

I not only had an ultrasound but a guided steroid injection in each shoulder.

I got a last-minute appointment for an ultrasound at West Middlesex Hospital this morning. I managed to arrange a day’s leave at short notice. It is to deal with my rheumatoid arthritis in my shoulders. It’s not bothering me now in the warm summer weather, but it will as soon as it gets colder.
