That’s it! Four days off now. On the bus going home.

Six and a half hours to go, and I’m out of jail for four days! LOL.

I don’t particularly get excited about Fridays as I often work at the weekend. I have four days off after today, so my mood is a bit lighter this morning. Still, I have a ten hour shift ahead of me yet, before I get to have some time to enjoy stuff.

Thursday Morning. Another blue sky day. Temperatures forecast to be in the low 70’s this afternoon. Another day nearer a four-day break.

I’m drinking coffee and listening to Björk this morning. It’s quiet out there today, but it is still only 7.25 am.

4:04 am and the milkman just delivered the milk on the doorstep

Sunday Morning 8am. Already had one large mug of coffee. About to brew a second.

The sun is shining, the weather is warmer (currently 68°F - 20°C) and the everything are lighter longer. It makes me feel up lifted. How about you?

Plenty of things in the ‘old days’ were great. Some wonderful memories for many. However, if you continually look in the rear view, you’ll not be prepared for anything ahead.

This afternoon, I made my way back to Richmond. I met my wife for a lunchtime coffee ( she’s not got time to order a meal, and she wasn’t hungry). I saw her back into work and then spent the afternoon in the pub opposite editing all the photographs I had taken, and enjoying a couple of beers.
