I’m eating some 99% Lindt Cocoa

I not only had an ultrasound but a guided steroid injection in each shoulder.

I got a last-minute appointment for an ultrasound at West Middlesex Hospital this morning. I managed to arrange a day’s leave at short notice. It is to deal with my rheumatoid arthritis in my shoulders. It’s not bothering me now in the warm summer weather, but it will as soon as it gets colder.

I didn’t wake up until 6.45 am this morning. That’s late for me, but I don’t start work until almost 11 am. My sleep app tells me I’m in credit in my sleep bank, which is very rare for me. I’m usually in the red with not enough sleep.

Sitting in the coffee shop, next to my workplace. I looked up and outside and it was raining! We haven’t had any rain here for weeks. It only lasted a minute or two though, and now the sun is out again. It’s a cooler day though currently (1 pm) 68°F (20°C).
